Pigs in Blankets + Brussels Sprouts + Parsnip Soup + Stuffing
note by stuffing I mean store bought stuffing

Pigs in blankets - 180 C Fan - 15 minutes
Sprouts - 200 C Fan - 20 minutes (in good fat)
Stuffing - 200 C Fan - 25 minutes
Parsnip Soup - 30 minutes
Parsnip Soup:
300 g parsnip peeled, cut into 1cm pieces.
500 ml stock
2 cloves garlic
salt + pepper
Fry the parsnips in oil for 4-5 minutes, add garlic and chili, and fry till fragrant
Pour in the stock, stir and bring to a simmer. Cook with the lid on for 12-15 minutes, or until the parsnips are tender.
Remove the soup from the heat and blitz with a stick blender until smooth.
Return to the heat, stir in the cream and heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
