Balsamic Vinaigrette

Ingredients

• 100 ml olive oil
• 50 ml balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 tsp garlic powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 Tbsp mustard

Steps

1. shake well to form an emulsion
2. continue shaking while in the fridge to make the emulsion consistent every ~30 minutes?
