Bbq Beef Ribs

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup [barbecue rub](bbq_dry_rub.html)
• 1 rack beef ribs
• Olive oil
• 1/2 cup [bbq sauce](bbq_sauce.html)

Steps

1. Rub ribs with olive oil and dry rub
2. Wrap in foil
3. marinate for an hour or two
4. bake in oven at 250 F for about four hours
5. Remove from foil
6. Glaze with bbq sauce and broil for 10 minutes re-applying glaze every 2 minutes.
