Ingredients:
- 1/2 large onion roughly chop
- 6 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 cup cilantro (leaves and stems) tightly packed (frozen ones are good)
- Juice from 3 limes
- 28 oz can fire roasted whole tomatoes drained (reserve liquid)
- 7 oz canned roasted green chillis
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp salt (more or less depending on salt content of tomatos / chillis)
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor until blended.
- add more salt / tomato liquid / seasonings to taste.
