  1. Make a splice blend of the cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, tumeric, and garam masala
  2. Make cashew cream by blending 2 cups cold water with 3/4 cup cashews
  3. Sweat the onion for 5-10 minutes till transluscent
  4. Add the garlic cloves, ginger and tomtato paste and cook for another minute or two
  5. Add (*** SOME AMOUNT *** of the spice blend, maybe half), and cook for 30s
  6. deglaze with 1 cup broth or water
  7. add chick peas
  8. add enough cashew cream to cover. Consider adding more as it cooks. ( NOTE HOW MUCH CASHEW CREAM WAS USED)
