Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Line loaf pan with parchment
  3. In a medium mixing bowl combine sugar, cocoa powder, salt, and baking soda. Whisk until homogenous.
  4. Whisk in molasses, olive oil, coffee / tea, eggs and vanilla.
  5. When smooth and emulsified add whole wheat flour and mix till just combined
  6. Transfer to lined pan
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the center is clear.
  8. Cool in pan for 1 hour.
