Ingredients:
- 1/2 bunch (stem ends) italian parsley or cilantro chopped
- 1 can (15-oz) white beans, rinsed and drained
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- 1 rounded tsp dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp black pepper, and 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper + more to taste
- 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Steps:
- whisk olive oil, vineger, mustard, garlic and spices in a bowl
- add the parsley and the beans and mix well with a spoon to combine
