Ingredients:
- 1 bolilo roll from sprouts (or really ~ 3 oz of any bread), cut into ~1/2 inch cubes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 - 4 Tbsp olive oil
Steps:
- heat oven to 350
- finely mince, or grate the garlic on a microplane.
- Cover the garlic in olive oil, and microwave for ~20 s
- toss the bread crumbs in the garlic oil, add more olive oil to cover every piece
- bake for ~15 - 20 minutes till crunchy
