Ingredients:
- 1 bunch broccolette
- 5 cloves garlic
- oil for the pan
- salt to taste
Steps:
- Heat the oven to 375 F
- Trim 2 inches off the end of the croccolette
- Slice stems so that they're all ~1 cm in diamater
- toss brocollete and garlic with oil and salt
- roast for 10 minutes
- Stir and roast for another 10 minutes
- Continue cooking in 5 minute increements until tender (original recipe called for 25 minutes total at most)
