Ingredients:
- 2 chick thighs
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
Steps:
- Marinate chicken in a dressing made with herbs / spices, vinegar and oil for 1 - 12 hours
- Heat a pan over medium high heat, and sear the thighs skin side down until browned (for 4 minutes?)
- Flip the chicken so that it is skin side up
- Add 1 cup chicken stock
- put it in a 425 F oven until cooked through (15 minutes?)
