  1. Marinate chicken in a dressing made with herbs / spices, vinegar and oil for 1 - 12 hours
  2. Heat a pan over medium high heat, and sear the thighs skin side down until browned (for 4 minutes?)
  3. Flip the chicken so that it is skin side up
  4. Add 1 cup chicken stock
  5. put it in a 425 F oven until cooked through (15 minutes?)
