Ingredients:
- Hoisin sauce - 30 gr
- Sriracha sauce - 10 gr
- Soy sauce - 0 gr (omittied)
- I wish I had fish sauce.
- I wish I had five spice.
- Garlic -- minced - 2 cloves
- 1/4 finely diced onion
- panko -- None -- omitted
- Mustard - 10 gr
- Pork tenderloin, butterflied, and pounded thin. ~0.4 kg
Steps:
- Salt both sides of the tenderloin (more on what will be the outside) being mindful of salt in the sauce ingredients.
- Add the sauce ingredients, and panko to the rolled out tenderloin, roll it up, and tie it up.
- Rest for 1 hour
- Cook in a warm ~120C oven until it reaches an internal temp of ~110F.
- Remove from oven, and sear on all sides.
