2 tsp salt (assumes no salt added beans and stock. Reduce if there are other sources of salt)
3/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne
pinch crushed red pepper flakes
2 oz shredded miyokos cheese
Steps
sweat onion over medium low heat with 1/4 tsp salt
remove onion, increase heat to medium high and brown ground beef
return onion, add spices, and cook for 1 minute
add corn starch, beans, pasta, stock, water stir to combine
bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook uncovered until the pasta is done. Add more water if needed (uncovered is definitely better than covered).
