salt (~2 tsp), pepper (~1 tsp), worcestershire sauce (~1 tsp), white wine vinegar (~1.25 tsp) to taste
Steps
Brown ground beef + 1/2 tsp salt over medium high heat, remove.
add 1/4 cup water + mushrooms to the pan, cook until nearly all the water is gone with ~1/2 tsp salt
add onions and sweat onion over medium low heat with 1/4 tsp salt
add spices and ground beef and cook for 1 minute
add corn starch, cabbage, pasta, better than boullion, cashew cream and water stir to combine
bring to a boil, reduce to a simmer, and cook uncovered until the pasta is done. Add more water if needed (uncovered is definitely better than covered).
Notes
For farfale pasta I had to add an extra 250 ml of water, and it took like 25 minutes to cook the pasta. Macaroni would probably be better.
