Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp celery salt (1 tsp celery seed, 2 tsp kosher salt)
- 2 tsp ground bay leaves (12 normal sized leaves)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1.5 tsp ground black pepper (2 tsp whole peppercorns)
- 1 tsp ground mustard (1.25 tsp whole seeds)
- 1/4 tsp allspice (1/2 tsp whole berries)
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg
- 1 pinch ground ginger
