  3. Add a layer of half the spinach
  4. Add a layer of half the mozzarella.
  5. Add another layer of chicken thighs and repeat 2 - 4
  6. Surround with cherry tomatoes
  7. place in a preheated 400 F oven for 40 - 45 minutes
