Ingredients:
- 360 g AP flour
- 240 grams warm water
- 7 grams salt
- 3.5 grams olive oil
- 3.5 grams yeast
Steps:
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor for 1 minute.
- Let bulk ferment for at least 1 hour on counter.
- Divide / shape into balls, and let proove for another hour or so.
