Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a 2 lb cabbage cut into four wedges (that is 4 1/8th wedges)
- salt, pepper, olive oil
Steps:
- preheat oven to 500F
- spread oil on a sheet pan
- salt cabbage generously
- add a bit of oil
- flip cabbage
- salt generously
- Roast in preheated oven for 10 minutes
- Flip and roast 10 more minutes
