Ingredients:
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 2 pint grape tomatos
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 head garlic
- 4 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 cup cilantro
- 1 lime juiced
- 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp cayenne
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- salt + black pepper (to taste)
Steps:
- Roast vegetables (including skin on garlic) under a broiler tossed in avocado oil until charred about 10 minutes
- Remove skin from garlic
- Blend roasted vegetables, peeled garlic, lime, and seasonings until smooth.
