Heat the ghee over medium high heat. Cook the lamb mince until it's nicely browned.
Reduce the heat to medium low, and add the onions and the carrots deglazing, and adding a tiny bit of salt (we're adding a stock cube later, don't go crazy)
Add the ketchup, garlic, Worcestershire mustard, thyme, and cook a bit
Add the stock cube, and boiling water, and mix to desired consistency. Adding more water if needed.
