Sourdough English Muffins

Ingredients
- 8 oz (by weight) sour dough starter
- 4.5 oz flour
- 2 oz water
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 egg white
Steps
- Mix dough and let double
- form 6 seamless balls of dough, press on to a lined baking sheet coating both sides with corn meail
- Allow to double in size, and fry in avocado oil.
- Cool before splitting.
