Sourdough English Muffins

Ingredients

• 8 oz (by weight) sour dough starter
• 4.5 oz flour
• 2 oz water
• 2 tsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1 egg white

Steps

1. Mix dough and let double
2. form 6 seamless balls of dough, press on to a lined baking sheet coating both sides with corn meail
3. Allow to double in size, and fry in avocado oil.
4. Cool before splitting.
